Thank you for supporting the development of the Reserve VIP Series Qmplete Card. Your contribution is not a traditional purchase but a commitment to bringing an innovative product to market. As a valued supporter, you will receive exclusive benefits, including the best offer available and a specially numbered card showcasing your early adopter status.
To ensure transparency, here is our refund policy:
Refund Policy Details
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refund requests must be made within 4 weeks of your reservation date. Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refund Amount:
- Refunds will be issued as $124.95 minus a $50 deduction for the digital dining code provided to you at the time of reservation.
- Please note that refunds will not include the $250 surprise gift, as this is only provided to contributors who maintain their reservation for the full period.
- Refund Request Process:
- To request a refund, email our support team at [email protected] with your reservation details. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once your request is verified.
- Non-Refundable Benefits:
- The digital dining code provided upon reservation remains yours to use, even if you request a refund.
- Any other benefits, such as early access to Qmplete App features, will cease upon processing of your refund.
Important Notes
- By reserving your VIP Series Qmplete Card, you’re supporting the design and production of a groundbreaking product, not purchasing a ready-to-ship item.
- The physical Qmplete Card is estimated to be delivered in 8–12 months, with early access to the Qmplete App, QSRN (Savings and Rewards Network), and QSW (Smart Wallet) estimated to be available sooner.
