This page contains our Terms of Use. By using Infortum’s website (the “Site”) and any of the services (collectively, the “Services”) offered by Infortum Inc. (“Infortum,” “we,” or “us”), you agree to comply with all the rules and guidelines outlined below (the “Terms” or “Terms of Use”). You also agree to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, and agree to follow any other rules on the Site, including any specific guidelines for the preorder campaign for the Qmplete card.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in laws, our Services, and our practices. By continuing to use Infortum after any changes, you agree to the updated Terms.

Section 2. Creating an Account

You must be 18 years or older to create an account on Infortum. When you register, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Section 3. Prohibited Activities

We expect all users of Infortum to act responsibly and with integrity. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal Activities: Do not engage in actions that infringe on the rights of others, violate any laws, or breach any contract or legal duty.
• Misrepresentation: Do not post false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
• Abuse and Harassment: Do not engage in threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory behavior.
• Spam: Do not distribute unsolicited advertising or engage in spamming activities.
• Harmful Software: Do not distribute viruses or any software designed to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.
• Misuse of Personal Information: Do not misuse personal information obtained through Infortum for any unauthorized purposes.

Infortum reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating your account, if you engage in prohibited activities.

Section 4. Preorder Campaign for the Qmplete Card

When participating in the preorder campaign for the Qmplete card:

1. Preorder and Payment: You will be required to make the payment to secure your VIP Reserve Qmplete card. The payment will be applied to the total purchase price, with the remaining balance due upon confirmation of shipping.

2. Refunds and Cancellations: You may cancel your preorder and receive a partial refund as outlined in our Refund Policy. You will retain any benefits provided at the time of deposit, such as dining codes.

3. Delivery: Estimated delivery dates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. We will make every effort to meet the estimated timelines, but delays may occur.

4. Use of the Qmplete Card: The Qmplete card allows you to emulate various financial, membership cards, loyalty cards and even gift cards. You are responsible for managing your accounts and ensuring that all linked cards comply with applicable terms and conditions.

Section 5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Infortum platform, including the Qmplete card and related materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires prior written consent from Infortum.

Section 6. Limitation of Liability

Infortum provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infortum disclaims any warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event will Infortum be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Section 7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions arising out of or relating to these Terms must be brought in the state or federal courts located in [Insert State].
